While trading remains our core business, it is executed at a highly international level.
Approximately 70% of our trading volume is linked to Europe and North America, with the remaining 30% across other global markets.
Beyond sourcing and sales, we provide end-to-end commercial solutions, including supply-chain design, pricing strategy, contract structuring, and operational execution.

In parallel, Takuboku Shoji actively supports foreign companies entering the Japanese market from zero to one.
Our services go far beyond market introduction — we offer comprehensive market entry support, covering taxation, risk management, legal structuring, compliance, and governance, enabling overseas companies to establish sustainable and credible operations in Japan.
